Dalia Kalgreen has spent 20 years inside multifamily — on-site, in the field, and at the executive level. She's been the leasing agent, the regional manager, and the executive navigating the exact pressures your teams face today.

What sets her apart is that she is also deeply proficient in technology. As someone who actively builds and works with AI tools in her own professional practice, Dalia understands technology from the inside out. With a Master's in Psychology and a BS from The Ohio State University, she understands both how the tools work and how people think, resist, adapt, and ultimately embrace change.
